ABOUT US
We are a team of people composing a company that have been actively operating on the Polish market since 1994. We are also one of the first companies in Poland professionally dealing with the comprehensive servicing of direct marketing campaigns, in particular servicing of contests and loyalty programs, film-wrapping of promotional materials, co‑packing, personalisation and mailing.
OUR EXPERIENCE
The experience gained during 14 years of the Company operation has enabled us to combine the human and technical potential into a coherent whole in order to provide our Customers with professional service. We are aware that functioning on such a competitive market requires unceasing efforts from us to meet constantly growing needs of our Customers. The attainment of this goal is possible thanks to people committed to their work for whom each order is equally important.
WHO WE WORK WITH
We are not the biggest but we work for the biggest. Owing to cooperation with renowned companies in Poland we know possibilities, limitations and specificity of the industry branch. We want to share the experience to become a reliable partner to our Customers.
WAREHOUSE
- we have storage space of 1,000 m2 at our disposal
- we can store about 600 pallets
- the warehouse is equipped with high storage racks
- the warehouse is serviced with electric fork-lift trucks and hand pallet trucks
- the warehouse is equipped with the monitoring of temperature and air humidity
- after production pallets are packed on automatic film wrappers, secured and marked according to the Customer’s wish
CO-PACKING
One of the basic tools used by the majority of trade companies includes sets combining two or more products. The applied activity mechanisms are diversified but the basic problem is to optimally combine the products into a single package.
We know exactly how to combine products in a durable, practical, aesthetic way that make the package distinctive.
We use for that purpose:
- cardboard boxes (also with company logos)
- decorative gift wrappings
- protective wrappings
- occasional baskets
- self-adhesive tapes for creating promotional sets (of various types: stickers and labels)
- polypropylene bags with self-adhesive closing
- cardboard packaging in various shapes and colours (according to the agreed design)
- films: shrink (PVC, polyolefin); loose (polypropylene, polyethylene, metallic films)
Moreover, while creating promotional sets we provide Customers with services including manual operations, such as: placing covers on products, customising of sets with any combination of the way and location of the placed products (in cardboard boxes, boxes, beauty cases, tins and covers), putting codes, indexes and stickers on products. Within the framework of the manual operations we offer gluing samples, sachets, advertising inserts in any or strictly defined place, precise (with the use of pastilles, glues, self-adhesive tapes).
Upon request of Customers we print EAN 13 and EAN 128 barcodes, wrap products in films approved for direct contact with food. We design printed materials, prepare and produce gifts and occasional sets.
EXECUTED SETS AND EXEMPLARY PRICES
We treat each inquiry individually. In order to make a precise evaluation we take into account all needs of the Customer, specificity of products and their intended use. We advise and help in selecting the best solution. The detailed calculations are prepared each time on the basis of production tests conducted on the products received from the Customer.
CERTIFICATES
In June 2005 Buster was granted the ISO 9001:2000 quality certificate. The implementation of the quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard guarantees cooperation with the enterprise having a documented quality system to its Customers.
The certification of the Quality Management System in accordance with the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard was conducted by TÜV NORD CERT Gmbh&Co. KG.
Since 1999 we have been also an active member of the Direct Marketing Association.
